Trussed Rafters
Prefabricated from high quality stress graded PEFC sourced timbers, trussed rafters continue to provide the most cost effective solution for the majority of roof structures. The highly engineered components are suitable for domestic housing, commercial and industrial buildings.
Spandrel Panels
A cost effective alternative to blockwork for use in separating and gable walls these manufactured panels can be supplied as part of the overall roof structure. Their usage can help deliver on site labour cost savings as they replace expensive, time consuming construction of masonry gables.
Easi Joists
An engineered metal web floor system which offers clear benefits over traditional and other engineered floor solutions. These include greater bearing areas, providing improved stability and an open web system that provides an almost uninterrupted access area for the passage of services.
I-Joists
Steico I joists are a lightweight alternative to conventional timber members offering time and cost saving solutions for both floor and roof construction. Their controlled manufacture ensures superior dimensional stability and means that they carry BBA, PEFC, STA certification and CE Marking.
Glulam Beams
Glulam Beams are engineered, structural products made by bonding layers of wood, normally spruce with moisture resistant adhesives. Key benefits include high strength to weight ratio, dimensional stability, and aesthetic appeal. Generally available in stock lengths of 12m and ‘special’ custom curved forms for architectural flexibility.
LVL Beams / Rimboard
Our LVL / Rim Beam products complement the Steico I Joists and can be utilized within our Easi Joist or I Joist floor solutions. These durable and versatile beams have many applications within floor, roof and timberframe kit designs. Available in long lengths up to 12 metres.
Floor/Roof Cassettes
Cassettes can be made to suit either floor or roof requirements. Manufactured from either I joist, easi joists or indeed solid timbers these modular systems can reduce site construction times and improve levels of site safety as they arrive pre-slung for crane erection and pre-decked.Product Information Documents
